3. Using our Site

  • You must use the Site lawfully and not in a way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use.

We will confirm separately if we agree to act for you and will then provide our Client Engagement Terms.

6. Privacy and cookies
We process personal data in accordance with our **Privacy Policy** and **Cookie Policy** (as updated from time to time). Please read them carefully to understand how we handle your information.

7. Intellectual property

The Site may include links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

9. Linking to our Site
You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists, nor may you frame the Site on any other site. We may withdraw linking permission without notice.

10. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to the Site or any content on it. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the Site; (ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site; or (iii) viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site.

11. Indemnity
You agree to reimburse us for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) we incur as a result of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may update and change the Site from time to time to reflect changes to our services, users’ needs and our business priorities. We may also amend these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Please check this page periodically to ensure you understand the current Terms.

13. Complaints
We aim to provide a high-quality service. If you have a concern about the Site, please contact us at [email protected]. If your complaint relates to services we have provided after you instruct us, our Client Engagement Terms will explain how to raise and escalate a complaint.
